The overal placings in the TT league will be decided on a points basis.

In the interest of fairness & to cater for the range of racing categories participating, a category standard (A, B, C, NR, L, J, V) will apply to each event. The objective is to eliminate the differences between categories and allow everyone compete from a level base.

Riders actual times will be adjusted based on their category standard, the adjusted list will be sorted in fastest order & points will then be applied to the overall list. Points will be awarded from 10 (1st place) to 3 (8th place). All other riders (& marshals) will receive 2 points. The overall placings will be decided on a riders best 6 events.

On an evening when the riders times were generally slower than the previous TT event on the same course,(due mainly to worse weather conditions, I hasten to add) it was good to see Eoin knocking 30 seconds off his time. This leaves him as lone leader overall.

Ronan, the pressure is on! 2 events to gain 4 points - can he do it?
