All club spins leave from Santry on Saturday mornings. There are a number of different groups to suit the ability range across the club.
Meeting time is 9.30am with departure of groups continuing until approximately 9.40am.
Some groups contain members training for the 2014 racing season and a certain level of awareness/fitness is necessary to enable one to enjoy, and benefit from, these spins. Anyone who is blatantly out of their depth in a group should move to an easier group and progress from there. Those who feel they are too strong should move up a group. Riders will be advised on their strengths/weaknesses when necessary.
Saturday is club spin day and includes a coffee/tea stop along the way. There is a wide range of groups and there should be one to suit most members.
Race training also takes place on Sunday mornings. There will be no forum posts about these spins and route details will be supplied at the relevant Saturday spin.

I'm disappointed I will miss a Wicklow spin tomorrow, next time. On that note I will make a one way trip to Tullamore tomorrow, in case anyone prefers bog to hills.
