This is an excellent event with all proceeds going directly to Temple Street Childrens Hospital.
Funds raised will be used to purchase vital equipment which can hopefully save childrens lives.
This event starts and finishes in Dunboyne, Co Meath on Saturday 4th May.
Last April, Dublin Wheelers cyclist, Dave Garland was diagnosed with liver and colon cancer. The traditional treatments during the past 12 months have not been as successful as hoped and Dave has undertaken a more holistic treatment approach to his recovery.
As he is unable to work, this is placing an increasing financial burden on his young family.
To help Dave obtain the maximum benefit from this new regime his family and friends from the cycling community are putting on a Table Quiz Night to raise funds.
This takes place on Thursday 11th April 2013 in The Clarion Hotel, Dublin Airport @ 8pm.
**Please note change of venue to RADISSON BLU HOTEL, Dublin Airport**. All other details remain the same.
Table of 4 €40 or €10 per head; entry payable at the door.
There will also be a raffle for a selection of interesting prizes during the evening.
Raffle tickets priced €5 each or book of 5 for €20.

Dear All, Myself and Donal were discussing, yesterday, the importance of stretching after your cycle or any sport for that matter. With this in mind we thought some members might like a guide on how to stretch correctly. Click on the link below for step by step instructions along with images. It gives a 6 minute and a 12 minute routine. Stretching keeps your muscles flexible and conditioned especially after a pounding spin so make sure to save some time for it. http://www.ab-solutely-fit.com/best-stretching-routines.html Remember, stretching should not be painful so enjoy. Adele
It's for jersey and bibs and entry closes Sunday 19th if anyone (ahem all graphic designers..) is feeling creative. Could be used as prizes for any league finalists
